On-site gaseous oxygen from compressed air (Oxywise)
Oxygen generators produce gaseous oxygen from compressed air on site and offer a cost-effective, reliable and safe alternative to traditional oxygen gas supplies such as cylinders or cryogenic liquid.
Available in 20 standard models with capacity ranging from 0.4 to 150 Nm³/hour at 95% purity. Designed for continuous 24/7 operation with automatic start/stop functionality based on consumption levels.
The system uses Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA), operating with two columns filled with Zeolite molecular sieve. Compressed air passes through, trapping nitrogen while allowing oxygen to flow. When one column saturates, airflow switches to the second column while the first regenerates.
